New England busts: Police take down escort agency Chloe’s Companions

Another major sting operation in the New England region. There was a major high end escort service in the New England area, primarily in the Boston area and extending from New Hampshire to New York, called Chloe’s Companions at

On February 2017, the two pimps and leaders, Sonya Palic (a.k.a. “Chloe”), 46, of Manchester, and Charlotte Napolitano (a.k.a “Red”), 45, of Derry, were arrested on Feb. 8, 2017, on numerous charges. Prostitution charges alone will thoroughly ruin those involved, but human trafficking charges will bury your grave over 100 feet down under. Chloe’s Companions was a human trafficking ring and they are being charged with human trafficking.

This sting operation was conducted by the Massachusetts State Police assigned to the MA AG’s Human Trafficking Division with assistance from the Lexington Police Department. they have been monitoring the human trafficking ring over many months with the latest technology, including spy cameras and search warrants of internet accounts and cell phone records. Now they have the pimps arrested who will desperately plea bargain by identifying all those involved.

For all johns and customers who used this service, you will be inevitably caught and arrested. This is a human trafficking ring, so even if you didn’t know the escorts were sex slaves (which is extremely difficult to believe anyway), you will be caught, arrested, and charged with major felonies for pandering to a human trafficking ring.

Atlanta region busts: Police take down two major high end escort agencies

On January 2017, two major high end escort agencies in the Atlanta region were taken down by the police. They were Atlanta Gold Club Escorts and Lipstick and Shoes Escorts. Like all prostitution and human trafficking busts done nowadays, they are not getting away with a light slap on the wrist, where the police only arrest the one escort working there, who faces a minor misdemeanor and pays a small fine to get away, then the pimps and organizers get away and quickly resume their operations somewhere else.

Police Bust 2 Huge Prostitution Rings in Dunwoody

In Dunwoody (next to Atlanta), the police initially arrested a total of 51 people, including pimps, escorts, and panderers/customers, involved in this prostitution ring. The article says the Dunwoody police arrested 51 people for racketeering influenced and corrupt organizations (RICO) violations, including 29 women for prostitution, 19 men for pandering and three people with pimping. One of those arrested was Gwinnett County Assistant District Attorney Christopher Quinn, who is currently suspended and will most likely lose his job permanently.

As always, the bad news keeps getting worse for the criminals. The second article provides more details. There were 7 pimps arrested and facing major charges that will result in many long years in prison.

Top row (left to right): Sam Crenshaw, George Moore, Scott Phillips.

Bottom row: Brittany Johnson, Esther Park, Laura Davis, Miranda Ogle

The video in the second article, starting at 0:50, explains how the police were using spy cameras over several months to monitor, identify, and arrest everyone involved, not just the few unlucky escorts and johns who were there at the time of the sting operation. Like the Seattle bust where police are still arresting and charging johns one year after the sting operation, the Dunwoody police are continuing to seek out more johns that have used these escort services. They have digital records saved of the escort websites, reviews and discussions on escort review websites, emails, text messages, phone call records, and bank accounts. They also have the pimps, organizers, and escorts arrested who are very angry that they are facing severe penalties while the johns get away free, so the arrested will definitely identify the johns to plea bargain and share the pain and prison time.

LE continues to arrest johns of escort review website, one year after being shutdown

Back in early January 2016, the escort website in the Seattle area was busted by law enforcement and shutdown. About a dozen of the ring leaders, like the pimps and staff, as well as the head hookers, who profit from this industry, were arrested and charged.

There were also some hundreds or even thousands of john clients who were regular users of the website, pumping money into this lucrative criminal empire of human sex trafficking and writing reviews and comments on the website to promote it as well. Years ago those delusional johns would get away with it, but prostitution arrests get more sophisticated, widespread, and severe. The police and law enforcement use these escort review websites to find and arrest the johns involved. They also make backup copies of these websites, so they have a copy of all reviews and comments, even after the reviews, comments , or entire website gets erased.

Almost a year after the bust, the police and law enforcement are continuing to make arrests of users of that website.

At least twelve more men face felony charges in Washington for posting comments to the now-defunct web forum known as The Review Board (TRB). The dozen defendants, most of whom who will be arraigned in King County District Court on December 14, face one count each of promoting prostitution in the second degree—a charge historically used to target people who profit off of the prostitution of others but more recently favored by King County prosecutors to go after people who write positively online about area prostitution.

This latest round of arrests are not the pimps or ring leaders who profited from the escort trafficking ring. These are just ordinary clients (johns) who wrote reviews or comments indicated they used their sex services. And as punishments keep getting severe, these johns are facing felony charges, not merely a minor misdemeanor charge.

Lombardo’s are running another escort service, months after guilty plea

The infamous Vincent and Melissa Lombardo couple are running another escort service, months after they received a guilty plea on January 2016. It was called Bella Amour companions and the website and agency is taken down (again) after this NY Daily News article exposed them again last June. The prosecutor asked the judge to revoke Melissa Lombardo’s $1 million bail while she awaits sentencing.

That’s one of the many problems using these escort services. There’s always drugs, sexually transmitted diseases, and human trafficking involved. Also, the pimps, bookers, and hookers know your name, phone, email, and identity, so when they get arrested again, they will reveal your identity as part of the plea bargain process so you can share an arrest record and jail time with them.

STD rates reach record high in United States

A CNN article of sexually transmitted diseases in the United States in 2015, which will affect those in the escort/prostitution industry at much greater rates. Research done my the Centers for Disease Controls.

  • Rates of chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis – the three most commonly reported STDs in the nation – increased between 2014 and 2015, reaching an all-time high.
  • Reported cases of primary and secondary syphilis rose by 19%, gonorrhea cases rose by 12.8%, and chlamydia cases rose by 5.9%, from 2014.
  • Last year, there were more than 1.5 million reported cases of chlamydia
  • Young people, 15 to 24 years old, accounted for nearly two-thirds of last year’s chlamydia diagnoses – and half of the gonorrhea diagnoses
  • There were 395,216 reported cases of gonorrhea last year, and the STD has become progressively difficult to treat. Neisseria gonorrhoeae is developing resistance to the antibiotic drugs used to treat it.
  • Overall, young people and gay and bisexual men face the greatest risk of getting a STD. It’s estimated that about half of the nearly 20 million new STD cases reported annually are among 15 to 24 year olds.
  • One of the most disturbing findings in the report revealed an increase in syphilis rates among newborns. CEO Carl Ferrer arrested for pimping charges probably has the largest market for prostitution services in their escorts section. Not only is their escort and massage section a front for prostitution, but it’s been well known and proven that many of those escorts are human trafficking victims and underage victims. The CEO of Backpage, Carl Ferrer (55) was arrested in Houston after he arrived on a flight from Amsterdam. Law enforcement also searched Backpage’s Dallas headquarters. Ferrer is charged with pimping a minor, pimping and conspiracy to commit pimping. Two controlling shareholders of Backpage — Michael Lacey and James Larkin — also are charged with conspiracy to commit pimping.

More details on the arrest and the long sting operation of Backpage.

The California Department of Justice spent three years investigating Backpage, including with undercover agents posting ads, to confirm that the escorts ads were for the sole purpose of buying and selling sex. California’s attorney general, Kamala Harris, says that Backpage was “purposefully and unlawfully designed” as an online brothel. Her office alleges that the “vast majority” of Backpage’s profits come from fees paid by users posting ads in the “adult” section.

The investigation was prompted, in part, by reports from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children of thousands of instances of child sex trafficking through Backpage.

Separately, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced this week that 17 people have been charged with running an international sex-trafficking ring that imported women from Thailand and forced them into the sex trade. The indictment alleges that the traffickers advertised the women on websites including Backpage.

Seattle police arrest 204 johns in massage parlor sting opearation

Law enforcement are taking down escort agencies and massage parlors harder and bigger every time. It’s so well known that escort agencies and massage parlors are not merely for dating or massages – they are criminal operations for prostitution, human trafficking, rape, drugs, adultery, theft, money laundering, racketeering, and more. Gone are those days where the police raid an escort room or massage parlor and arrest the few workers or johns who happen to be there.

Prostitution arrests get more sophisticated, widespread, and severe. In July 2016, the Seattle police raided a massage parlor called Bamboo Spa. Instead of giving the massage parlor owner a citation and shut down the parlor, only for the owner to quickly reopen another massage parlor somewhere else like a decade ago, the Seattle police took it much farther like all police and law enforcement are handling prostitution sting operations. The Seattle police arrested the owner, 38-year-old Ling Gao, and identified and shut down the two locations she was operating. She is being charged with multiple felony charges of prostitution and human trafficking illegal Chinese women. The police also seized tens of thousands of cash and captured Western Union receipts to transfer the illegal money to China.

Like all prostitution sting operations, it keeps getting worse for the bad boys and girls involved. After the Bamboo Spa was shut down, the police set up a sting massage parlor called Euro Spa and advertised in popular john websites like During the 10 day sting operation, the Seattle police arrested 204 johns. Here are some of the details during the sting operation, and the least of what will happen to you if you get caught in this.

  • A guy in his 20s screamed that his life was over as he slipped the grasp of a Seattle police officer during his escort to a transport van for the ride to the King County Jail. With his hands cuffed behind his back, he didn’t run far before he was caught.
  • A man who was arrested returned to the outside of the Euro Spa the next day to alert other johns of the sting operation. He stood across the street and used his cellphone to video record the goings-on at the sting location — and earned himself a second charge for obstruction.
  • The men arrested come from all walks of life. Two bus drivers, six architects, dozens of technology employees, construction workers, two surgeons, a dentist, a nurse, a journalist, a couple of attorneys, an executive with a sports-management company and an aspiring law enforcement officer are among the customers who’ve been caught up in the police sting.
  • At the request of some of the men, detectives have retrieved wedding rings, firearms and cellphones from their cars and kept an eye on one man’s dog during the roughly four hours he was in jail.
  • The hope is that the experience of changing into orange jail garb, being photographed and fingerprinted, and undergoing the jail’s process of verifying names, addresses and phone numbers will serve as a future deterrent for men arrested during the sting.
  • They will also get an arrest record and a misdemeanor charge of patronizing a prostitute.
